Our Craft Beer

"Craft beer won't sell without a story." I'm grateful to sometimes receive such feedback.

When I look at the efforts of popular breweries, I honestly feel that they're "doing a good job," and to be frank, I sometimes feel a little envious. On the other hand, I also genuinely feel that "we can't do the same thing."

We weren't already successful in another field. We don't cultivate our own barley or hops, nor do we have striking characters or labels. Aside from moving to Niseko, our story is probably very understated.

That's precisely why we've focused almost entirely on "making delicious craft beer."
